Remove Makeup

A clean face is a happy face! If you don’t already, be sure to always remove your makeup before heading to bed. The hours you spend dreaming are the perfect time for your skin to breathe and recover. When makeup’s left on overnight, it clogs pores resulting in blackheads and blemishes. Thankfully, removing makeup has never been easier. Makeup removing wipes work well for quick and easy removal or if you’re in a pinch, you can use a dab of olive oil on a cotton pad to gently remove makeup and dirt.

Beauty Sleep

You’re not the only one that struggles when you don’t get enough shut eye, your skin gets tired too! Aim for at least 8 hours of sleep each night to avoid saggy, baggy skin.

SPF and Limited Sun Exposure

Although applying it every day might seem tedious, a lifetime of sun exposure can really add up. That’s why it’s 100% necessary to apply sunscreen each and every day. Doctors recommend products that fight both UVA and UVA rays with an SPF of at least 15.
