For SA WILSONS THERAPUETIC-GRADE COFFEE, Follow cooking directions below:
In a non-aluminum pot or saucepan:
empty 4 cups of filtered or distilled water into your pot with 3 rounded tablespoons of SA Wilsons organic coffee (finely ground)
Stir the coffee to make sure all is mixed in the water, then bring to a
boil and boil for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat and cover pot or saucepan with lid and let simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove from stove element and let coffee cool down to room temperature.
Strain coffee through a fine sieve* (not a coffee filter!) to remove as many coffee grinds as possible.
Because of the boiling process, some of the water may have evaporated, add
plain filtered water or distilled water to the coffee to bring it up to 4 full cups.  Use the full amount to fill your coffee enema bucket and proceed with your enema.

Before administering the enema:

-make sure coffee is warm- slightly at or over body temperature is perfect.  Test on the wrist if need be.
-lay old towel on the bathroom floor along with your pillow (this is where you’ll lay),
-choose a spot where to set the bucket where can sit 2-3 feet from the floor (no higher ideally).
-take your concentrate and remember for each enema that you use reg. organic coffee you will use one cup of coffee concentrate and three cups of warm water.
-Close the clamp on the bucket  then add the concentrate/water combo.
-Unclamp the feed tubing to allow coffee to fill the entire tube leaving no visible air bubbles.  Clamp down tube at that point.

Administering the enema:

-Lie down on your right side, both legs drawn close to your abdomen.  -Lubricate the tip of the catheter.  You can use vegetable oil, petroleum jelly, coconut oil, vitamin E, or K-Y jelly.
-Gently insert the catheter no more than 6 inches into the rectum.
-Release the clamp
-Try to take in as much as you can, close the clamp when you feel “full”
-Lie there still for 12 minutes then void in the toilet.
-Repeat if you have some remaining in your bucket/bag.
