Origins of Wellness is a wellness center located in the Greendale Village on Parking St. The services we provide are to bring relaxation and healing to all individuals of all ages seeking an overall improvement of their health; whether your seeking pain management, nutrition advice, wanting to do a cleanse, de-stress or just a little time away to get pampered and looking and feeling your best, we have you covered!

Cancellation policy:
As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, we ask that you notify us a minimum of 24 hours in advance if you must reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Fifty percent of the value of the treatment will be charged for cancellations received less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment.
No-Shows are charged at full value and are required to provide a credit card to pay their balance due and to reserve their next appointment.
Gift Certificate policy:
All unexpired gift certificates will be honored at full value.
All Gift Certificates that are expired have no value.
